The money will get quickly to the stricken areas, as it&#8217;s not going through DEC.<\/p>\n<p>I just discovered this image from my childhood, a stained glass window by Francis Stephen, 1968, in St Margaret of Antioch Church, Upper Norwood. I used to sing in the choir there and play the organ.
